A couple of questions which we get asked frequently. These may help you too.
How long does it take to receive my package?
Upon a successful payment, your package will be automatically assigned to you in-game within a minute. In some cases, manual actions may be required by our leadership team. If you have any issues regarding not receiving your package, please contact a leadership team member.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We allow payments sent through PayPal. Major credit/debit cards are accepted via PayPal; Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Could I buy a package for my friend?
Sure! We allow you to input a steam64id into the "Are you purchasing for someone else?" box after selecting the product you wish to purchase. Need help fiding your friends steam64id to use? Click here to use our converter!
Could I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds. However, if our leadership team belive you should have one, we'll provide you with a refund. It's personaly up to the leadership team if you deserve one, we don't have strict rules/gidelines for these cases.

What happens when someone chargebacks/dispute a payment with PayPal?
Chargebacks are taken incredibly seriously. Our first steps would be to contact you personally to make an attempt to help you to resolve any issues causing you to chargeback. If we cannot reach you, further steps might be taken to make an attempt to contact you personally. If we aren't able to reach you, we escalate to speaking to a PayPal customer support member to resolve the chargeback on a virtial item.
We truly recommend contacting us before escalating to a PayPal Chargeback claim case. We might be able to offer you a refund if our leadership team believe you deserve one. Contact our leadership team here.
